Community Sing-Along of Handel’s Messiah

Hill Country Vocal Arts Society, Symphony of the Hills, and St. Peter’s Episcopal Church are hosting the Community Sing-Along of Handel’s Messiah. This year begins a new collaboration between the Symphony of the Hills and the Hill Country Chorale in presenting this annual event, held on the Sunday after Christmas. It brings together musicians from the community to create this unique musical experience—one in which audience members are invited to join in performing Handel’s traditional work.
Featured performers include:
Amy Vorhees, soprano; Alexis Korbe, alto; Charlie Barganier, tenor; Chad Ketcher, bass; Claire Rabson, Hill Country Chorale director; Susan Matteson, organ & harpsichord; Patricia Lee, assistant conductor; and Eugene Dowdy, conductor & artistic director.
