The 2026 Kerr County Stock Show & Sale is poised to be another inspiring, community-centered celebration of agriculture and youth leadership in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Organized by the Kerr County Stock Show Association—a dedicated volunteer-led nonprofit—this annual event empowers 4-H and FFA youth by offering educational opportunities, scholarship support, and a showcase for their livestock projects.

What to Expect

Show & Sale Format:
Local youth showcase livestock—including sheep, goats, swine, and more—before participating in the always-anticipated sale. -
New Rule Book:
The updated 2026 rule book is fully digital, offering easy access and portability; no more printed catalogs. -
Sale Ambassador Program:
High-performing 4-H and FFA participants are invited to apply to become Sale Ambassadors for 2025–2026. These students will serve as event representatives and gain leadership experience. -
Fundraising & Support:
In light of recent flooding, the 2026 fundraiser has pivoted from an in-person gala to a virtual model. It includes an online auction, community donation campaign, and a 30-gun raffle (Tickets available this fall Oct.25th). The goal is to raise $100,000 to:-
Provide $40,000 in scholarships

Support $40,000 in exhibitor sale assistance

Cover $20,000 in operational costs
Funds raised will be honored through digital materials and the 2026 Sale Tabloid.
