Kerrville’s 4th on the River returns for its 16th year at Louise Hays Park. This music festival welcomes the entire community for a day of live music, kids activities, and a celebration of America’s 250th birthday. Gates open at 2 PM, music begins at 3 PM, and the evening wraps up with the largest fireworks display in the Texas Hill Country at dusk.
