Venue Selection
- Site Selection – Hosting Meeting Planners for site visits and providing materials for decision making
- Bid Process – Soliciting individual proposals from selected facilities and coordinating bid proposals
- Program Coordination – Using our area knowledge to suggest, plan and execute activities such as spouse/children’s programs, social/sporting events, entertainment, and local speakers


Event Promotion
- Attendance Building – Increasing awareness of Kerrville with provided materials and mailers; Kerrville logos, slides, and photos can also be provided
- Press & Publicity – Arranging news releases, news conferences, press kits, letters of invitation and welcome addresses
- Transportation – Coordinating transportation needs to and from the San Antonio International Airport as well as in and around Kerrville for your event
Registration
- Registration Items – Assisting with registration plans including blank name badges and holders, registration processing, badge printing, on-site registration assistance, and more
- Attendance Portfolios or Welcome Bags – Distributed on-site materials, including attendance portfolios with additional guides, maps, and more; or colorful “Welcome Bags” can be selected with helpful materials and a ‘thank you’ packet of bluebonnet seeds
